Tsugumi West, Senior Manager

Tsugumi has extensive strategic development experience. She began her consulting career in 1996 with Coopers & Lybrand’s Strategy Division in Sydney, developing financial services sector growth and expansion strategies.

She then worked with a London consultancy, developing the consulting offering for IT company RedHotChilli while creating strategies for European property, financial services and telecommunication firms.

In 2002, Tsugumi joined ANZ Bank’s Group Strategic Development Team in Melbourne. Working on mergers, acquisitions and portfolio strategy, she quickly developed a passion for growth. This saw her promoted to Head of Strategy for Pacific & Asia Personal Banking, where she worked on M&A transactions and developed organic growth strategies for regional retail sites.

In between her ‘greatest achievements’ (her two children) Tsugumi also helped drive the domestic and global business growth of ANZ’s Private Bank.

Tsugumi enjoys applying her extensive consulting and strategic expertise to clients who are passionate about growth and keen to make it happen.

In addition to her family, she loves skiing and sharing a laugh with friends.
