As a trained engineer with distinction at undergraduate (Senior Scholar) and postgraduate (1st Class Hons) levels, he is a highly effective problem solver with an eye for practical solutions.

Josh’s experience includes a number of years as an Analyst, Project Manager and Strategic Advisor in an industry-facing government group in New Zealand. Here he produced complex, industry-led sustainability initiatives in the FMCG, packaging, recycling and creative sectors. Armed with strong project and relationship management experience, Josh moved into strategic development.

He joined Portland Group, a leading specialist procurement and supply chain management consultancy in Sydney. Here he helped build a pioneering sustainability practice while working with top ASX-listed firms.

Since joining us, Josh has delivered strategic sales development to an award-winning start-up, go-to-market assistance to an industrial multinational and turnaround initiatives to a high-potential business subsidiary.
