Program duration depends on the current state of your growth and innovation capability and the nature of the growth you’re pursuing. The program offers:
  • Growth Diagnostic. An initial rapid assessment of your current growth and innovation capability to help us design the most effective approach to implementation.
  • Strategy. Not an office-based collection of best practices, but the engagement of the executive team to prepare a simple, clear and compelling way to conceive and communicate future growth possibilities.
  • Market Testing/Piloting. Cost-effective market testing of growth opportunities – often using customers as co-developers to provide real-time feedback in a rapid-fire cycle of experiment, adapt, experiment, adapt.
  • Commercialisation. Development and implementation of the preferred market strategy for new product initiatives once they’ve been tested and refined (e.g. in-house, partnership or licence).
  • People. Sourcing and development of growth talent required to lead initiatives and support the existing growth pipeline plus provision of leader coaching and tools to optimise the value of new growth investments.
  • Organisation Alignment. Creation of an organisation and operating model to galvanise the conditions and processes required to support the ongoing development of initiatives
  • Growth Program & Change Management. Management of the change process to promote engagement and consistent understanding and implementation of the overall growth and innovation agenda.
