- Organic growth is no longer optional - companies ranked growth as the number 1 issue and they plan to increase their focus on organic growth and decrease focus on M&A
- Many companies are ill-prepared for the challenge with a lack of confidence in growth capabilities - rating them only 6 out of 10
- Companies focused on organic growth typically out-perform the market - our research suggests by almost 20% in the past few years
